Watermark Navigation Systems is proud to offer US Coast Guard approved lanterns for Class A, B, and C structures in the Gulf of Mexico (USCG District Eight). Our lanterns are formally approved by the USCG as aids for use in the offshore oil industry. These are the finest navaids available.

Class "C" Lanterns:

SL-CGC60W Lantern

CGC60W The CGC60W is a 10 candela rated lantern, suitable for use on Class "C" structures in the Gulf of Mexico. This is a self contained lantern with internal solar panel and battery pack. There are no external components. The latest version of this lantern features an upgraded circuit board, quadruple battery pack (16Ah), and a test module for MMS 90 day reports. This is an LED lantern with no bulbs and will provide years of care-free service. A wired synchronization option is available.

Class "B" Lanterns:

SL-CGB1251W Lantern

CGB1251W The CGB1251W is a 79 candela rated lantern with a single tier of 36 high performance LEDs, suitable for use on Class "B" structures in the Gulf of Mexico. This is a offered as a "light head" with external solar panel and battery pack. Many customers upgrade their light head and utilize existing solar and battery components. This is an LED lantern with no bulbs and will provide years of care-free service. Both wired synchronization and wireless GPS synchronization options are available. A GMS cell phone monitoring system is also an option (see below).

CGA1252W The CGA1252W is a 148 candela rated lantern with two tiers of 36 high performance LEDs, suitable for use on Class "A" structures in the Gulf of Mexico. This is a offered as a "light head" with external solar panel and battery pack. Many customers upgrade their light head and utilize existing solar and battery components. This is an LED lantern with no bulbs and will provide years of care-free service. Both wired synchronization and wireless GPS synchronization options are available. A GMS cell phone monitoring system is also an option (see below).

GSM Text Message Monitoring

GSM OPTION: The SEALITE SL-125 light heads and certain larger self-contained lanterns are available with our new GSM monitoring system. This allows the lantern to be monitored via cell phone SMS text messages. The unit can be set up for daily reporting, web monitoring, and various alarm settings. The "active current" circuit provides feedback on a daily basis about the condition of the battery and circuitry.

You provide a GSM compatible SIM card and the internal Nokia® circuit sends and receives SMS text messages. Imagine, remote monitoring at a very reasonable cost!

This unit also offers a watch system integrating a "off station alarm" if equipped with a GPS system. This can be programmed to monitor the location of the lantern and send an alarm if moved "off station" by 50 - 999 meters (user setting). Great for buoys!!!
